Our entire roll-up standee production line is run by women. No male workers involved in that line. It's not a pilot, it's not a gesture — it's the permanent production standard for that product. We did this because inclusive employment isn't a CSR footnote. It's how the factory actually operates.

Foul language, abusive behaviour, and violence are not tolerated inside our walls. Full stop. Dignity, respect, and safety aren't posters on the wall. They're how we expect every supervisor and worker to treat every other supervisor and worker — every day.

The road outside our factory used to flood every monsoon. Workers arrived wet. The smell was worse. Hygiene suffered. So we led the initiative to get the road reconstructed — along with other factories in the lane. Now it's clean, safe, and accessible. Our workers don't think about it anymore. Which is the point.
