6,000 Dented Standees. Not Our Fault. We Took
Them Back Anyway.

6,000 Dented Standees — packaging and shipping damage case study

The Challenge

A large order of approximately 6,000 standees was damaged during transit on the way to Chennai. The dents were caused by handling during loading and unloading — not by our manufacturing or packaging.

What We Did

Strictly speaking, transit damage is the transporter's problem. But the client needed the product, and arguing about who was at fault wouldn't fix that. We took back the damaged stock, coordinated transportation from both ends, and resolved the shipment issue.

The Result

The client got reliable support during a difficult, large-scale logistics failure. They learned what
our replacement commitment actually means when tested at scale.
